These movement practices bring attention from the external senses back to the inner self, thus enabling contact with one&#8217;s own energy flow.<\/p>\n<p>The more mindfully the exercises are performed, the calmer the organism becomes. This way, children learn to redirect their energy and use it wisely.<\/p>\n<p>When it comes to deep healing of underlying causes, Chinese medicine is always a good choice for children.
